PETROGRAD Glue Press 100cm*10cm
Thanks to the special design of the clamp, uniform pressure is exerted on the workpieces to be glued from 4 sides. This ensures a strong gluing without gaps, provided that the plots are properly planed and glue is of good quality.
Two removable stop pins with a removable pin allow you to quickly rearrange the backgauge to adjust the required dimensions.
Trapezoidal screw length - 250, diameter - 23mm, thread pitch 3mm. (Attention. During operation, the screw must be cleaned of sawdust and lubricated with any machine oil. This will significantly increase the service life of the tool). The guides are made of a rectangular profile 60x30mm and have a wall thickness of 2mm. The clamps are painted with impact-resistant paint.

Petrograd Carver's Table Vise
This vise is a device that expands the arsenal of any master and not only a carver. The vice is installed on a workbench or other work surface, thereby raising the workpiece to a comfortable height for working with a cutting tool. They are attached to the working surface with clamps or jacks (not included). Solid beech vise. Hornbeam screws. Covered in oil.
The design of the vice is made using classic joinery joints, which provides them with high strength and stability. The considerable thickness of the upper shield and the height of the vice itself allows the use of jacks or clamps as clamps.
12 holes are drilled in the tabletop and 4 in the front jaw of the vise for the tuning pegs. This is done for the convenience of fixing flat blanks of various irregular shapes. Pegs are installed in these holes, which serve as stops for the workpiece. The vise clamping jaw with two screws firmly fixes the workpiece.
It is recommended to periodically lubricate the screws with wax for smooth running.
Overall dimensions: 480x490x130. The thickness of the jaws is 45mm. Tabletop thickness 43mm.
Maximum width of the workpiece to be clamped (distance between screws) 380mm.
Maximum workpiece thickness (screw travel) - 30mm.
We reserve the right to make minor design changes to improve vise performance.
The vice was developed by Sergey Aleksandrovich Klein.

The front jaw of vise is a clamping jaw. It is firmly fix the workpiece with two screws. Downside of front jaw protrudes downward for easy position vise flush to edge of surface.
- easily and quickly attachment to surface by any fast clamp or bench clamp
- easy vise position, flush to surface edge
- rise worpice for comfortable work
- max width of board for clamping - 380 mm (between screws)
- max thickness of workpice - 30mm (jaw opening)
Moxon vise, 550mm
Joinery vise, model Moxon, capture width - 550mm. (Dovetail vise, Moxon vise.)
A special version of the vise with two screws for convenient work with the edges and ends of the panels.
Maximum width of the workpiece to be clamped (distance between screws) 550mm.
Maximum workpiece thickness (screw travel) - 30mm
The vise was designed by Sergey Aleksandrovich Klein based on the early work of Anry Ruobo and Joseph Moxon.
We did not strive to make an exact copy of the vise, we set ourselves the task of making a functional and affordable tool for comfort when working with a dovetail joint. This vise does not replace the classic workbench, but is a device that expands the arsenal of any craftsman.
We reserve the right to make minor design changes to improve vise performance.
