Description
Flat diamond file, 160mm / 80mm, 125/100 microns (100grit). Synthetic diamond (AC) coated file for manual metal working. Fine grain 125/100 for a fine cut, gives a quality surface after sawing. The total mass fraction of diamonds is 1,880 carats.
Electroplated diamond tools are characterized by a single or multi-layer coating on a metal support body. Individual diamond crystals are bonded by a layer on a metal base, the thickness of which corresponds to 2/3 of the grain size. This ensures reliable fixation of crystals protruding far beyond the bond surface and facilitates chip removal.
Benefits:
High cutting performance. Relatively low price. Durability.
Application area:
For processing and grinding semiconductor materials, various types of technical glass, textured stone processing. For the manufacture and finishing of hand tools made of tungsten carbide and alloy steels.
