Description
Ложкорез по дереву ПЕТРОГРАДЪ модель N1/22, это инструмент для резьбы деревянных ложек и других впуклых поверхностей. Основная задача ложкореза - выборка лунки в деревянной ложке (черпало). Выпускается двух видов: правый и левый. Производство фабрика Петроградъ (Россия)

Наружная сторона полукольца ложкореза имеет выпуклую линзообразную форму (полукапля) и заполирована. Всё это в совокупности с малой шириной клинка позволяет чисто и плавно резать древесину без задиров и ступенек.
В комплект ложкореза входит кожаный чехол для защиты режущей кромки при транспортировке. Также рекомендуем использовать напальчник для работы (сморите ниже).

Правый и левый ложкорез
Правый ложкорез предназначен для работы правой рукой на себя, левый ложкорез - левой рукой на себя. Мы рекомендуем использовать метод работы ложкорезом от себя. Соответственно для правши рекомендуется левый ложкорез, а для левши - правый. Будьте внимательны.
Как заточить ложкорез?
Ложкорез поставляется готовым к работе из коробки, однако со временем его необходимо заправлять (править режущую кромку). Для этих целей мы рекомендуем использовать цилиндрический брусок с кожей, на который нанесена полировальная паста. Буквально несколько движений вдоль режущей кромки с наружней стороны клинка и ваш ложкорез будет резать как новый.
Для более серьезной заточки ложкореза мы рекомендуем применять цилиндрические же водные бруски марки Петроградъ. После наведения основного угла необходимо заполировать клинок с внешней стороны, так же как и при правке режущей кромки.

Checkering layout guide is necessary for confident marking of lines under the notch, for drawing notches parallel to the upper line of the forearm, for accurate drawing and repeatability of the notch pattern on both sides of the bed, for marking the edge of the guide lines with the original pattern.
