Конструктивно предусмотрен 2D уровень. На уровневой площадке есть регулировочные винты для точной настройки уровня. Широкие лапы имеют эргономичную форму, которая обеспечивает удобный захват инструмента при разметке и исключает его кручение.
Черта выполнена из жесткого, но не хрупкого пластика - полиацеталя (ПОМ), который обладает высокой прочностью, безвреден - в некоторых случаях его используют как заменитель металла, циркуль. Черта поставляется полностью настроенной и готовой к работе.
