Описание
Плоский скобель с изогнутыми и перпендикулярными режущей кромке рукоятями будет удобен при различных операциях как в плотницком деле так и в столярном: точная подгонка бревен в размер, изготовление сидений кресел, быстрый съем материала в столярном деле и пр.. Рукояти приподняты над плоскостью лезвия и позволяют работать вплотную к обрабатываемой поверхности. Лезвие отковано вручную из инструментальной стали 65Г и закалено до 55-58 HRC. Заточка - фаска вверх. Рукояти длиной 140 мм выполнены из бука и пропитаны маслом. Длина режущей части - 270 мм, ширина 36 мм. Толщина лезвия - 6 мм, угол заточки - 30 град. Поставляется в кожаном удобном чехле с застежкой на кнопках. Конструкция скобелей, а также их заточка рекомендована «Союзом плотников» для окорочных и плотницких работ по подгонке бревен. Для других плотницких и столярных работ возможно потребуется переточка. Закалка скобелей сквозная , это позволяет неоднократно производить как доводку инструмента , так и полную его переточку.
