Стамеска ПЕТРОГРАДЪ, серия Волга, ударная, 16 мм. Это усовершенствованная версия классической столярной стамески серии Волга. Представленная стамеска оснащена дополнительным кольцом на рукояти, обеспечивающим возможность ударной работы. Производство – фабрика Петроградъ (Россия).

Стамески спроектированы, ориентируясь на многолетний опыт мастеров-краснодеревщиков. Форма лезвия имеет боковые скосы для работы в труднодоступных местах, например при подрезке и подчитки шиповых соединений: ласточкин хвост, шип-проушина, впол дерева, сковородней и прочие. Производятся с различной шириной полотна от 6мм до 50мм. Толщина лезвия переменная и увеличивается от режущей кромки к рукояти.

Полотно изготовлено из инструментальной низколегированной стали и закалено до твердости 59-61HRc. Спинка столярной стамески или рабочая сторона выровнена на плоскошлифовальных станках.

Стамески Волга производства фабрики Петроградъ заточены и готовы к работе. Заводской угол заточки 25 градусов, рекомендуется наведение микрофаски в 30 градусов на мелком абразиве выше 3000 грит.
Деревянная рукоять выполнена из твердых пород древесины, усилена латунным кольцом для силовой работы с киянкой.

Стамески поставляются в индивидуальной картонной упаковке. Полотна стамесок смазаны защитным инструментальным воском, перед работой воск необходимо стереть сухой тряпкой или бумажным полотенцем. При длительном хранении рекомендуется консервация воском Петроградъ.
После работы рекомендуется протирать полотно маслом Камелия для защиты от коррозии.
* Внимание! Этот ручной инструмент предназначен и заточен для работ по дереву. Для работы по другим материалам требуется переточка. Не для работы по металлу.
** Допускается небольшой изгиб полотна по оси стамески и небольшая седловатость перпендикулярно оси.

Резец C-1, имеет 1 пирамидальный зуб. Угол вершины 90 и 60 градусов. Резец продается в сборе, имеют удобную рукоять из бука и шток с установленной на нем рабочей частью. Все резцы изготовлены из стали, прошли процесс закалки и обработки, для продолжительной и надежной работы.
Имеет V-образную форму с зубцами по обе стороны. Резец С-1 предназначен для нанесения оригинального макета рисунка, а также для углубления канавок после их нанесения, другими резцами.
Деревянная рукоятка хорошо сбалансирована и удобно лежит в руке.
