Представленное топорище не отшлифовано, так как является заготовкой. Вы вправе сами выбрать степень шероховатости вашего топорища при шлифовании.
На концах топорища специально сделаны бруски, обеспечивающие сохранность при транспортировке. Также, "ножки", ведущие к брускам, являются жертвенными частями, по которым вы смело сможете бить киянкой при усадке головы топора на топорище. Тем самым вы не повредите саму рукоять будущего топора.
На грибке специально оставлена отметка для сверления отверстия под темляк, если он будет нужен.
