Description
Столярный верстак, характеристики: габариты верстачной доски - 1500х600мм, толщина щита - 40мм. Обвязочная доска высотой 120мм с соединениями на ласточкин хвост. Соединение ласточкин хвост - одно из самых красивых и надежных столярных соединений, прочность которого проверена веками. На верстаке установлены передние (фронтальные) тиски и задние (боковые) тиски.
Передние и задние тиски сделаны на основе металлической винтовой пары от фирмы York (Чехия), ширина раскрытия передних тисков - 275мм, задних - 235мм. Ширина подвижной губки передних тисков - 410мм, высота - 120мм, толщина - 60мм. Ширина задних тисков - 410мм. Губки тисков и опоры подверстачья украшены легким фрезерным узором. Для установки упоров в столешнице просверлен ряд отверстий, 22 штуки , отверстия просверлено в задних тисках. В обвязочной доске с рабочей стороны также просверлены 4 горизонтальных отверстия под упоры, отверстие в губке задних тисков. Диаметр отверстий - 19мм.
В задней части верстачной доски расположен лоток для мелких инструментов, глубина лотка - 35мм, ширина - 150мм, длина - 1420мм. Для усиления подверстачья между ножками установлена дополнительная верхняя пара продольных перекладин.
Материал верстачной доски - буковый щит, подверстачье и рукояти - массив бука. Столешница и подверстачье покрыты тунговым маслом фирмы Borma. Размер подверстачья - 1500х600х800мм, сечение ножек - 90х45мм.
Столярный верстак необходимо устанавливать на ровную горизонтальную поверхность во избежание коробления и деформации верстачной доски. Высота столярного верстака - 850мм. Масса верстака - примерно 60кг.
В конструкцию верстака могут вноситься небольшие изменения, не влияющие на его качество. Верстачные упоры продаются отдельно. На все верстаки производства компании Рубанков можно установить дополнительные вертикальные тиски и опорную доску. Верстак так же можно доукомплектовать подверстачной тумбой для инструментов. Fan gasket for bench press. Size 40x120 mm consists of 7 slats (4,5,5,5,5,5,10 mm). This simple device is designed to help prevent the vise from skewing and jamming by clamping the workpiece to one side of the vise. Имеет V-образную форму с зубцами по обе стороны. Резец С-1 предназначен для нанесения оригинального макета рисунка, а также для углубления канавок после их нанесения, другими резцами.
