Wooden Toothing Plane PETROGRAD, 40mm/200mm/60degree. The angle of the knife is 60 degrees. Designed to prepare blanks for gluing veneer. Also used for twisting and hardwoods. The shoe and wedge are made of maple, and the sole is made of hornbeam (homogeneous, hard, durable wood, Latin name Cбrpinus bйtulus). Coated with oil and wax. Planer length 200 mm, width 63 mm. Knife width 40mm. Weight 0.870 kg.
All PETROGRAD glands have a wedge-shaped descent with an angle of 0.5 degrees. This sets them apart from other planing knives and makes them ideal for wedge-retained wooden planers. The working side of the knife is hardened to a hardness of 59-61 HRc. The dots on each knife are evidence that the knives have been checked and do not affect the performance of the product.

Деревянный рубанок-цинубель с зубчатым ножом. Угол установки ножа 60 градусов. Предназначен для подготовки заготовок под склейку, наклеивания шпона и т.п. Также может использоваться для обработки свилеватой и твердой древесины. Колодка и клин выполнены из клёна, а подошва из граба обыкновенного (однородная, твёрдая, прочная, устойчива против истирания древесина, лат. название Cбrpinus bйtulus). Использование граба таже обусловлена его хорошими скользящими свойствами. Длина рубанка 175 мм, ширина 60 мм. Ширина ножа 40мм. Масса 0,670 кг.
Толщина железка - от 5.5мм (у РК) до 3.5мм (у хвостовика)
Ранее изготовлялись железки толщиной 3.5мм/2.2мм, часть рубанков может быть укомплектована именно такими ножами.

Все железки ПЕТРОГРАДЪ имеют клиновидный спуск с углом 0,5 градуса. ВАЖНО! Обратная сторона ножа, не помеченная контрольными точками, не является рабочей!
