Description
Ложкорез по дереву ПЕТРОГРАДЪ модель N1/22, это инструмент для резьбы деревянных ложек и других впуклых поверхностей. Основная задача ложкореза - выборка лунки в деревянной ложке (черпало). Выпускается двух видов: правый и левый. Производство фабрика Петроградъ (Россия)

Наружная сторона полукольца ложкореза имеет выпуклую линзообразную форму (полукапля) и заполирована. Всё это в совокупности с малой шириной клинка позволяет чисто и плавно резать древесину без задиров и ступенек.
В комплект ложкореза входит кожаный чехол для защиты режущей кромки при транспортировке. Также рекомендуем использовать напальчник для работы (сморите ниже).

Правый и левый ложкорез
Правый ложкорез предназначен для работы правой рукой на себя, левый ложкорез - левой рукой на себя. Мы рекомендуем использовать метод работы ложкорезом от себя. Соответственно для правши рекомендуется левый ложкорез, а для левши - правый. Будьте внимательны.
Как заточить ложкорез?
Ложкорез поставляется готовым к работе из коробки, однако со временем его необходимо заправлять (править режущую кромку). Для этих целей мы рекомендуем использовать цилиндрический брусок с кожей, на который нанесена полировальная паста. Буквально несколько движений вдоль режущей кромки с наружней стороны клинка и ваш ложкорез будет резать как новый.
Для более серьезной заточки ложкореза мы рекомендуем применять цилиндрические же водные бруски марки Петроградъ. После наведения основного угла необходимо заполировать клинок с внешней стороны, так же как и при правке режущей кромки.

Основное назначение этого инструмента можно понять из его названия. Ложкорез служит для выборки лунки в деревянной ложке (черпало) , а также для других аналогичных работ.
Данная модель отличается от наших предшествующих. Внесены изменения, которые положительно повлияли на качество работы.
Ширина клинка - 8мм, внутренний радиус кольца - 15мм. Наружняя сторона кольца имеет выпуклую линзообразную форму и заполирована, что в совокупности с малой шириной клинка позволяет чисто и плавно резать древесину без задиров и ступенек.
Полная длина ложкореза - 175 мм, длина рукояти - 130 мм
Выполнен из стали 9ХС, закален до твёрдости 58-60HRC.
Удобная эргономичная овальная рукоять ложкореза выполнена из клёна и пропитана маслом.

Spoon knife (or shallow hook knife) is used to made wooden spoon, as well as for other similar work. Spoon knife blade is cutting out a hollow in a wooden spoon or scoop. Spoon knife N1 has a ring profile of blade. That's making it perfectly choose for cut wooden spoons bowl. The left version of knife is designed to work with the left hand towards yourself or right hand to outside.

Carving axe Zvenigorod VII is quite small and easy to control. It's weight is about 650g, makes it maneuverable and allows you to work more accurate and precise.
The shape of the axe head was designed for carving operations where palm is resting extreamly close to axe head or even on the axe head. This design helps to exelent control of the axe even during long carving sessions. Grip above the head is used for trimming, stripping. This axe model was based on samples from museum "Rubankov" and finalized taking into account the wishes of wood carvers.
The axe head is hand forged from steel 65Г (spring steel) and hardened to 55 - 58 HRc at the cutting edge and along the entire beard, the rest part is normalized to HB280. This hardening allows you to hit the poll without the risk of creating a cracks in the metal.
Head has mounted to handle on 3 wedges, one along the head eye and two in cross section.
Cutting edge is razor sharp and ready to work out of the box. Sharpening angle - 30 degrees.

Резец C-1, имеет 1 пирамидальный зуб. Угол вершины 90 и 60 градусов. Резец продается в сборе, имеют удобную рукоять из бука и шток с установленной на нем рабочей частью. Все резцы изготовлены из стали, прошли процесс закалки и обработки, для продолжительной и надежной работы.
Имеет V-образную форму с зубцами по обе стороны. Резец С-1 предназначен для нанесения оригинального макета рисунка, а также для углубления канавок после их нанесения, другими резцами.
