Рубанок ПЕТРОГРАДЪ, 50мм/320мм (полуфуганок). Традиционный ручной деревянный полуфуганок. Рубанки данного типа и размера предназначены в первую очередь для выравнивания небольших деревянных щитов и делянок. После выравнивания изделие выглаживается чистовым рубанком с "двойной железкой" *. Деревянный рубанок легок, изящен и прекрасно скользит по заготовкам. Рубанки марки ПЕТРОГРАДЪ изготавливаются вручную, опытными мастерами и преподавателями столярной школы Rubankov.
Рубанок оснащен красивым латунным и надежным прижимом. Такой метод фиксации ножа значительно упрощает настройку рубанка и служит значительно дольше чем обычный деревянный клин.Металлические детали рубанка производятся на фабрике Петроградъ (Россия)

- Деревянные части рубанка пропитаны грунтовочным маслом - в один слой и вторым слоем покрыто маслом и воском

Все рубаночные ножи Петроградъ имеют клиновидный спуск с углом 0,5 градуса. Это выгодно отличает их от других рубаночных ножей, и делает их идеально подходящими для деревянных рубанков с клиновой фиксацией ножа. Рабочая сторона ножа, закалённая до твёрдости 59-61HRc, помечена небольшими точками, остающимися от проверки ножа твёрдомером. Эти точки, имеющиеся на каждом ноже, являются свидетельством проверки ножей и не влияют на работоспособность изделия.

Уход за колодкой рубанка****:
- Мы рекомендуем хранить деревянные рубанки ПЕТРОГРАДЪ в условиях, не допускающих резких перепадов температур и влажности воздуха во избежание коробления деревянных колодок.
- Необходимо периодически проверяйте геометрию деревянных колодок рубанков и, прежде всего, подошвы. При необходимости выровняйте поверхности, отстрогав или отшлифовав их.
