Фуганок ПЕТРОГРАДЪ, 600мм/65мм
Производство - фабрика столярных и плотницких инструментов ПЕТРОГРАДЪ.
Традиционный деревянный Фуганок. Колодка рубанка выполнена из клёна, подошва - из граба, рукоять - из дуба. Покрыт грунтовочным маслом - в один слой и вторым слоем покрыто маслом и воском. Клин также изготовлен из клёна. Угол установки ножа - 50°. Нож выполнен из легированной инструментальной стали 9ХС твердостью 59-61 HRC. Угол заточки ножа 30°.
Сделано в России.
Толщина железка - от 5.5мм (у РК) до 3.5мм (у хвостовика)
Ранее изготовлялись железки толщиной 3.5мм/2.2мм, часть рубанков может быть укомплектована именно такими ножами.
Это не брак, тонкие ножи работают также хорошо, как и толстые.
Все железки ПЕТРОГРАДЪ имеют клиновидный спуск с углом 0,5 градуса. Это выгодно отличает их от других рубаночных ножей, и делает их идеально подходящими для деревянных рубанков с клиновой фиксацией ножа. Рабочая сторона ножа, закалённая до твёрдости 59-61 HRc, помечена небольшими точками, остающимися от проверки ножа твёрдомером. Эти точки, имеющиеся на каждом ноже, являются свидетельством проверки ножей и не влияют на работоспособность изделия.
Уход и заточка ножа:
Нож рубанка заточен на абразивах зернистостью 1000 грит
Мы рекомендуем довести режущую кромку ножа на абразивах ПЕТРОГРАДЪ зернистостью 2000 и 4000 грит
Уход за колодкой рубанка:
Мы рекомендуем хранить деревянные рубанки ПЕТРОГРАДЪ в условиях, не допускающих резких перепадов температур и влажности воздуха во избежание коробления деревянных колодок и клиньев.
Необходимо периодически проверяйте геометрию деревянных колодок рубанков и, прежде всего, подошвы. При необходимости выровняйте поверхности, отстрогав или отшлифовав их.
Уход за деревянным клином:
Клин, как и любое деревянное изделие, подвержен изменению формы.
Если вы почувствовали, что клин неплотно удерживает нож рубанка, рекомендуем проверить прилегание клина к ножу и летку.
При необходимости нужно выровнять его.

Нож разметочный ПЕТРОГРАДЪ, имеет скошенную форму.
В модели со скошенным лезвием клинок заточен на 1-ой грани, что позволяет комфортно его использовать правшам.
Заточка одностороняя. Лезвие толщиной 2,3мм выполнено из высокоуглеродистой стали и закалено до 61HRC. Рукоять выполнена из волнистого клена и пропитана льняным маслом. Перед лезвием на рукояти выполнен удобный упор для предотвращения соскальзывания руки. Длина рукояти-160мм.
