All PETROGRAD hand plane blades have a wedge-shaped descent with an angle of 0.5 degrees. This distinguishes them favorably from other plane blades, and makes them ideal for wooden planes with a wedge fixation. The working side of the knife, hardened to a hardness of 59-61 HRc, is marked with small indentations, which remain from the hardness gauge after checking the knife. These recesses, which are located on each blade, are evidence of checking blades and do not affect the performance of the product.
IMPORTANT! The reverse side of the knife, not marked with control points, is not working!
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the thickness of the knife without degrading the working qualities of the tool.
